That said, the red and near-infrared light components work best with direct skin contact — so if you're comfortable in minimal clothing, you'll get the maximum experience. Sessions run 40 minutes. Including check-in and a brief orientation, plan for about 60 minutes total for your first visit.
For general wellness and sleep support, 2–3 sessions per week is a great starting point. Athletes or clients recovering from specific concerns may benefit from daily sessions initially. Many regular clients use it as a weekly wellness ritual. We'll help you figure out the right cadence for your goals.

Yes. The MBJ table uses established, non-invasive light, heat, and frequency technologies. Sessions are conducted in a private setting under our guidance. As with any wellness modality, we recommend consulting your physician first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, are recovering from surgery, or have an active medical condition. Light, thin, preferably light-colored clothing — or nothing at all beneath a wrap. Natural cotton works well. Avoid dark, thick, or synthetic fabrics, which can limit infrared penetration. Leave jewelry and metal accessories off for your session.
